Sign in to protect children

The Stop sex Trafficking of Children and Young People campaign seeks to inspire revolutionary change and mobilize global action to protect children and young people's right to freedom from sex trafficking and all forms of exploitation.

ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and the Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes)has teamed up with The Body Shop to launch a global campaign to stop the trafficking of children and young people. UN.GIFT supports this initiative to protect children from abuse and exploitation.

The campaign is putting out an international petition that aims to reach the ears and hearts of decision-makers around the world. The objective is to gather as many signatures as possible, to increase visibility of child trafficking on government's agendas.

This is the second year of a three year long campaign that has already achieved valuable results. These include raising awareness, raising funds and direct support for child survivors of sex trafficking. Other activities such as media events, film screenings, activities featuring local celebrities have been organized worldwide to bring into attention the issue of child trafficking.

So, in just three easy steps you can make a difference:

1. Sign the petition in just five seconds at any The Body Shop store or online at www.thebodyshop.com/stop
