Assessment of the Laws and Measures Relevant to Human Trafficking in selected SADC countries

The assessment analyses laws and measures related to human trafficking as defined and addressed in the United Nations (UN) Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children in a sample of Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries, namely Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa and Zambia. It also analyses laws and measures concerning organized crime, money laundering, corruption and related areas, as defined and addressed in the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, due to their integral relationship with human trafficking. Published in 2005.
