Buy Responsibly Update
The Buy Responsibly campaign had a successful stop in Vienna on 14 - 19 October 2010, parking its inverted supersized shopping cart in front of Vienna's Museum Quarter, one of the ten largest cultural complexes in the world.
More than 600 people were informed by volunteers about the campaign and urged to ask the question: "What's behind the things we buy?"
Almost 900 people visited the Buy Responsibly website from the 5 - 25 October 2010.
17 people called the newly launched Austrian National Hotline for human trafficking.
The shopping cart will be stopping next at The Hague from the 8 - 14 December and in Warsaw from the 18 - 22 December 2010.
