US President Barack Obama expected to discuss human trafficking

US President Barack Obama is expected announce a major policy effort to combat human trafficking during a speech at the Clinton Global Initiative's annual meeting in New York on Tuesday.


The speech will take place at 12:10 PM EST, just over an hour after he addresses the United Nations General Assembly.
