Targeting an audience where tweets, blogs and posts are the communication medium, My Dangerous Loverboy campaign uses a multi-platform approach to raise awareness about the internal trafficking of teenage girls into the sex trade. The campaign intends to "create content that will engage and challenge teenagers wherever they are consuming media." My Dangerous Loverboy blossomed out of the creation of a short drama film sponsored by the United Kingdom Human Trafficking Centre. Input from young women and front line agencies dealing with human trafficking contributed to the story of the film.
